THOMAS MACCHIA
A true problem solver with a life-long love of technology.
Tom was made for what he does, long before even he knew it. Raised on Long Island, he possessed a passion for all things technology. Throughout his career, it was that love of technology that always remained constant. So in 2007, Tom made the leap into IT becoming a Network Administrator, moving up the ladder to various IT leadership roles, in 2019, a discussion with his now partner John led them both to realize there was a core group of under-serviced business owners who would benefit from a trusted partner to guide them. Soon after, Technology Navigators was launched.

John began his tech career over 25 years ago as a Network Technician in the healthcare sector. Since then, he has made a name for himself assisting companies across an array of industries with their adoption of new technologies. In 2009, John founded the IT startup, GHA Technology, a managed service provider based in NJ which he successfully ran for over nine years before transitioning to various technical and consulting roles at other firms. In 2019, he and partner Thomas Macchia started Technology Navigators with the mission to provide an elite level of service and technology expertise to those in need.
